The sad news came from abroad. On the 46 years of life died the soloist of the famous Irish rock band The Cranberries Dolores O’Riordan. As reported by The Daily Mail, the singer died in a hotel room in London. The circumstances of her death are not specified.
As her agent said, this death was sudden. The agent also explained that this news was a tragic surprise for the singer’s family. O’Riordan’s relatives were asked to respect their right to privacy at such a difficult time. Dolores became the lead singer of The Cranberry Saw Us, later changed its name to The Cranberries, in 1990. Together with the popular collective, she released five albums. In 2003, she focused on a solo career.
