36-year-old Zach Moore from Florida weighed about 230 kilograms and believed that he had “eaten” himself to death. Already almost reconciled, the man thought that he did not want his son to have a tombstone instead of a living father. And this became the strongest motivation for change. To begin with, Moore refused an unhealthy lifestyle. He stopped eating fat and sweet, stopped smoking and began to walk more. Soon he could do 10 thousand steps a day. But one sport and proper nutrition in his case was not enough. In 2014, Zach Moore underwent surgery for gastric bypass: when a small reservoir is placed in the upper part of the stomach that can contain a very small amount of solid food. Photos of this man are motivated, let’s look!
